Public Storage at 1620 Providence Road South, Waxhaw, North Carolina.

Will NEVER use another public storage again! We’re a military family and we had two units with this location. I got another storage about 3 months after the first and explained that the military was coming to get our stuff on December 2. Well the military rescheduled for December 8 and then 9. So our storage unit was used one day more than the month and we were charged the full price. Poor customer service on their end especially since we weren’t told this when signing the lease.
